Winter is officially here and we’re thrilled to be kicking off this ski season in Stowe, Vermont where the idea for Slob2Snob originated.
The idea came to us while observing the diverse mix of attire on the mountain. The world of skiing provides a unique culture where expensive luxury crosses with the ‘ski bum’ lifestyle but somehow everyone fits in. Whether enjoying après ski or exploring local bars, the concept applies universally.
We have since realized this spectrum exists not only in the ski world but also in various social settings. ‘Slob’ and ‘snob’ are terms used appreciatively, recognizing that individuals can embody both depending on the mood or occasion, offering endless possibilities for diverse experiences. We hope to use this account to share observations and entertain others.
